The "Villa Francia" residence

The residence "Villa Francia" is located inside a 7 hectares garden in front of the sea, with beautiful Mediterranean trees in the "Croix des Gardes" neighborhood. Build around a Master House, it is perfect for holidays and congress, with 2 swimming pools, quiet neighborhood, 10 minutes (30 minutes by feet) from the "Croisette" and the "Palais des Festivals" and 3 minutes (10 minutes by feet) from the beaches.

The residence includes equipment for tennis (with extra charges), table tennis, a children area and a multisport field. There is also a shop with baked bread, "viennoiseries" and press. A restaurant with a bar, with a panoramic view on the sea, is opened for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can choose between various types of menus: regional food, salads, pizzas and children menus. Pizzas and salads can also be ordered to take away.

The swimming pools are opened from beginning April to middle November. Various animations such (sport, culture) are organized day and night. Aquagym activities are available from middle June to middle September. Excursions can be organized in Cannes and the region.

A wifi acesss is possible from the residence reception (with extra charges).

A free shuttle to the city center (town hall) is available during the week. A laundry service is available (with extra charges) in the residence.

The underground parking is secured and the access is made by code (included in the apartment rent price).
